  • Best Hard Cover Recipe Book (RRP over €35)

Defined as any hard cover publication in any language* where recipes and the subject of food preparation and/or cookery form the majority of editorial content. The recommended retail price of the book in the country of origin must be over €35 or country equivalent.

  • Best Hard Cover Recipe Book (RRP under €35)

Defined as any hard cover publication in any language* where recipes and the subject of food preparation and/or cookery form the majority of editorial content. The recommended retail price of the book in the country of origin must be under €35 or country equivalent.

  • Best Soft Cover Recipe Book (RRP over €35)

Defined as any soft cover publication in any language* where recipes and the subject of food preparation and/or cookery form the majority of editorial content. The recommended retail price of the book in the country of origin must be over €35 or country equivalent.

  • Best Soft Cover Recipe Book (RRP under €35)

Defined as any soft cover publication in any language* where recipes and the subject of food preparation and/or cookery form the majority of editorial content. The recommended retail price of the book in the country of origin must be under €35 or country equivalent.

  • Best Health & Nutrition Book

Defined as any hard or soft cover publication in any language* that covers the subjects of healthy eating, diet or nutrition. These books may include recipes.

  • Best Children’s Cookbook

Defined as any hard or soft cover publication in any language* which helps to inform young people about food and/or cooking in the majority of its editorial content. These books may include recipes and may have either young people or adults as its intended readership.

  • Best Food Book

Defined as any hard or soft cover non-fiction publication in any language* that covers a food related subject in the majority of its editorial content. These books may include recipes, but they should not lead the text.

  • Best Drink Book

Defined as any hard or soft cover publication in any language* that covers the general subject of drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) in the majority of its editorial content. These books may be lead by pictures and illustrations or recipes. This can include wine reference and education books and regional wine books and also wine and food matching books.

  • Best Food and/or Drink Guide Book

Defined as any printed publication in any language* by independent author/s and publishers dedicated to restaurants and other eating and/or drinking establishments, or food and/or drink products and their suppliers, or consumer-orientated food and/or drink guides.
